While we've played Cats a few times in the past and there have been Elemental tribal decks in both Modern and Standard at various points over the past year, in reality, all of the Kaheera tribes are somewhere between third-tier and unplayable
Unlike most other Commander precons that typically fall into the Battlecruiser power level, this deck was rated for Low Power out of the box while still having some growing room
