These cards are still useful for building your decks, but are worthless on the marketplace
If I recall correctly, this began in the core set with Garruk, Primal Hunter with a rough five-cost with triple Green, but then +1 to make a 3/3 Beast that's Green or -3 once to draw
Overall I dont think this card will be too impactful in Standard just looking at its stats
I gladly give my recommendation for Dragon Shields Sleeve Crafter custom sleeves
