When you tack on added value or added utility you wind up with a quite acceptable cube card

This is the first Universes Beyond release since the move to make UB sets Standard-legal, but really, that's just one of many reasons why players, collectors, fans, and resellers (boo!) are flocking to add these products to their carts

So as far as strategy goes this card can't do any actual damage but I would consider this card for Time Control alone, I would definitely use this card as soon as possible and add 2 prize cards to your opponent's prize cards, the reason I wouldn't wait late into the game to do this is because it will take awhile to use Time Control once you use it once and your opponent gets to take two prize cards if they defeat it and with a 3 colorless energy card retreat cost you'll want to just keep this card on your bench after you use Time Control once in the beginning of the game

The power curve in the Sword and Shield era was getting so intense that if The Pokmon Company introduced a card more powerful than the mighty VSTAR, it would probably need to have 500HP and award four prize cards in order to be balanced
