I decided to add it because taking an extra turn and annihilator is nasty, and that's made this one of the marquee creatures to cheat into play, but I still think Sneak Attack and friends are the real offenders

At 1/7 hes got a decent amount of defense, making him hard to kill just like his namesake

Steel Overseer is a known card for a reason, and between Vigilance and the added mechanism to recoup value, I could see this overtaking Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter for its role in Commander
