It gives you the option to both search specific Items with Magnetic Grip and remove a decent amount of HP from two targets at once with Electro Star
If you get all of those damage modifiers onto the field at the same time, your Zacian ex is hitting for 330 for just three metal energy (Hops Choice Band eliminates the need for one colorless energy)
Overall this card is pretty basic, but maybe it will have some support released in future sets to make it more playable
