If you're making a bunch of mana, then you don't much care about playing cards that have low CMCs
Its themed specifically around Final Fantasy VII , and features plenty of familiar faces, from Cloud to Sephiroth, Aerith, Vincent Valentine, Barret, Cid, and beyond
I dont think it matters much in the long term, as these are fantastic cards with iconic characters and for something as universal as Rift, it doesnt matter whats on the art
