However, Flail Around can do a fair amount of damage very quickly, so as long as you don't think you'll get knocked out by the defending Pokemon in one move I would suggest putting Hoppip in the active Pokemon spot and using Flail Around a turn or two, but you'll need to evolve Hoppip after that because it won't be able to last with such a low hp
