I would probably keep Mew EX on the bench, and move it into the active Pokemon spot to either use one of your Pokemon's great moves right away, or more than likely to use Replace for a turn, move many of your energy cards in play to one Pokemon and then retreat Mew EX the next turn and put in that Pokemon you just moved all the energy cards to, that way you can attack immediately with that Pokemon, regardless if it requires 4 or 5 energy cards and you didn't have any energy cards attached to it the previous turn

If you are still touching any cards in your library when time is up, you have to shuffle your library, undoing your ordering

Its most notable trait is its second Move, which does 90 damage for three Energy, and does an additional 90 if you only have one Prize Card remaining
