If you attack with your commander, you can cast those cards, though you have to pay the mana costs

If you're hoping to get your hands on one of these cards, they can only be pulled from Collector Booster packs, and if recent availability is anything to go by, this product will sell out long before the set is even released, so be sure to get pre-orders in as soon as possible

I certainly do not fault the judges for choosing to prioritize that element of the case over the previous, however, I believe that is the more disruptive path and in the future, we should do the reverse
