Unlike a standard V box, where the promo card is pretty much just something to check off of your list as you move to the booster packs, the promos here are actually incredible
First I needed backgrounds and symbols from typical Pokmon cards, fortunately there is a whole community dedicated to making fake Pokmon cards and I found all the assets I needed over at PokemonCardResources
Actually, if you know which Magic the Gathering cards to purchase, they may be a good investment
The card has a lot of flexibility for an uncommon, especially at the time, but timing the use of the ability was just difficult
