The card itself is made up to look like the Trainer cards from the original 1996 Base Set, but with one obvious difference: instead of TRAINER, the card reads ILLUSTRATOR, and its the only card ever published to do so
While you don't usually picture sunshine and rainbows when it comes to these two troublemakers, the recolor offers a strangely satisfying portrayal of two pesky poltergeists
This card received a unique crosshatch holo pattern when it was distributed to Regional/State Championship participants in 2012-2013
