We both created White/Black decks out of only common cards for the event, and you could tell we were both going for the same idea
Yes, it's overpriced for the first one, but controlling From the Rubble for two turns is worth it if you've built your deck around a short list of creature types
You'll still need one copy of the Outlaws of Thunder Junction printing to be able to use that visualization, but once you have that single copy in your collection, the game will treat it as though you had four copies of the card from the preconstructed deck
The most overpowered cards are powerful and unfair
