That being said, Tormenting Voice was way better than I thought it would be, and although I mostly used black mana for Alms of the Vein and its beautiful life-point swing, I was able to get three colors pretty easily and I could leverage black a little more

Also, try to protect your board with interaction and recursion losing your entire army to a board wipe will be devastating
