While this cards effect wont get it placed in many competitive decks, the artwork is a keeper and the card is very valuable
And they DID ban CES Duskull to balance this, as you could use it's ability to evo into dusclops, then clops a 70hp evolving mon, then yoga loop
it's just one that, for the most part, will result in slow, methodical turns if you start thinking about the various ways you can win
