If I remember right, the flat foil in these sets always seemed a little less nice than Delta Species, and it seems like zomus information supports this (still not entirely sure if its true that the foiling is different though)
He didn't like them and felt we should take them out, but Bill and I liked them, so they stayed
This way, you can focus on milling one opponent out, then have a swole team of advisors to take down the others
