Description
It lets you play your opponents' cards, and in some cases, can just lock them out of the game if you keep taking their land drops
Since most Hydras don't have generic costs to reduce, this mana is instead automatically pumped into the X section of a Hydra's mana cost, essentially giving it a free power and toughness boost
Being an instant is what tips this card into being pretty nice
But they looked boring as well
