It wasn't until Commander 2020 that the mechanic saw a precon Commander deck built around it, and what a Commander deck it was
Still, these decks were clunky (mine were) and the Millstone wasn't considered too much of a threat in our playgroup
Mega Rayquaza is joined by Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre as the clear headliners, with Lugia, Sceptile, and Tyranitar contributing as some of the standout Mega Pokemon
But it did mean that we didn't have access to every character in the Marvel Universe when making this set
