I found it to be quite zesty on the opening, almost a bergamot/tobacco spritz but with a quite pronounced black tea note, which i assume is what you get when you citrus up your tobacco blossom
None of those alternatives made it into the final rule, even though they could have been justified under the Tobacco Control Act
