1st day tried it empty stomach before fasted cardio and the second day in the evening before resistance training.Body temperature shot from 95.5 to 97.3 (before I started working out) during the fasted cardio and it took around 25-30 mins to kick in.(empty stomach)Also similar results during the resistance session temperature changed from 96.7 to 98.9( again before starting the workout) and took 45 mins to kick in(not empty stomach).Fat loss results: too soon to tellAlertness levels: extremely hard to tolerate during the 1st week if u r taking it empty stomach.So all in all it is thermogenic (to some extent), it is extremely potent stimulant (if u don't drink enough water u might feel jittery and get cramps so be on the lookout for that), Fat loss efficiency (will update after I finish the 60 serving bottle), Improvement in workout was beyond expectations.But u will definitely have difficulty breathing if u are a beginner in the fitness world(WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO BEGGINNERS) But if u are an intermediate as in over a year of consistent training, go for it.Also you WILL feel somewhat nauseous even if you are an avid coffee/tea drinker and if u are not......I'd just say GOOD LUCK managing the caffeine high.Awesome product and I personally saw great improvements in my workout.Will buy again if I hit a plateau
